This policy applies to FanCall, a football match prediction and fan stance application.
1. Introduction
Welcome to FanCall ("we", "our", or "the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the App.
We aim to collect only the information needed to provide football match predictions, fan stance features, basic usage analytics, remote configuration, sharing, and customer support. Your use of the App is subject to this policy.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect limited technical and usage information, including:
- Device type, operating system, app version, and language.
- Anonymous device identifiers used for app analytics and account continuity.
- Feature usage data, such as page views, match views, prediction actions, and share-card actions.
- Nickname, avatar selection, and prediction records you create in the App.
- Remote configuration values, such as official website links, privacy policy links, download links, and contact options.
3. Notifications
The first version of FanCall does not provide push notification features and does not request system notification permission.
We do not use Firebase Cloud Messaging in this version, and we do not collect or upload FCM registration tokens. If notification features are introduced in a future version, we will update this policy and provide the required controls.
You can continue to use the core match prediction features without enabling any notification permission.
4. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide match information, AI predictions, fan stance records, and share-card features.
- Sync your nickname, avatar, and prediction history.
- Measure app performance, stability, and feature usage.
- Load remote configuration, including official website links, download links, contact options, privacy policy links, and feature availability.
- Protect the App from abuse and troubleshoot technical issues.
5. Third-Party Services
FanCall may integrate third-party services for basic analytics, remote configuration, sharing, and customer support. These services may include Meta/Facebook SDK, TikTok Business SDK, and related service providers where they are enabled for app operation or measurement.
The first version of FanCall does not integrate Google AdMob and does not display Google mobile ads. We do not collect ad interaction data through Google AdMob in this version.
The first version of FanCall does not integrate Adjust. If Adjust or advertising services are introduced later, we will update this policy before enabling those features.
6. App Tracking Transparency
The first version of FanCall does not request tracking permission for Google AdMob, Firebase, or Adjust because those features are not enabled. If a future version uses tracking for advertising attribution or measurement, we will request permission where required and keep the core match prediction features available even if permission is denied.
7. Information We Do Not Collect
FanCall does not require government ID, financial account credentials, payment card information, precise location, contacts, or private files to use the core match prediction features.
FanCall currently does not process in-app purchases or payment card details.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited technical, event, and device-related data with service providers that help operate the App, deliver provide customer support, measure app performance, or comply with legal obligations.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the security of the App, or to investigate misuse, fraud, or technical issues.
9. Data Retention and Security
We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the App, maintain records you create, improve reliability, and meet legal or operational needs. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to limit access and protect data according to the nature of the information we process.
10. Your Choices and Rights
You can edit your nickname and avatar in the App. You can also manage system-level permissions, such as photo access used for saving share cards, in your device settings.
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your App account or device identifier. We may need reasonable information to verify and process your request.
11. Share Cards
If you choose to generate or share a FanCall card, the card may include match information, your selected stance, the App name or logo, and an official website QR code. Sharing is initiated by you. Once shared to another app or platform, that platform's own terms and privacy policy apply.
12. Children's Privacy
FanCall is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted within the App or on our official website.
